This program is for those want to look like a fitness model. This workout concept is totally geared towards using more resistant training with weights and dumbells.You will develop an very sexy hard athletic body very quickly. This program isn't for the weak and is very intense. Up for the challenge? Women if you are starting at no more than 18-20% body fat, men who are at no more than 15% the 8 week program will be suffcient for you. The 12 week program is suitable girls who are starting at 22-25% body fat, men no more than 18% body fat.
